Suporting (Discovery version)

Another support was needed for the Discovery in order to use the Libretto on it.

Here the task was easy because there is a flat and available area on top of the main dashboard.

I asked a local supplier to cut me a piece of aluminum that I glued on the dashboard with some strips of doublesided duck tape. On the upper surface I glued some strips of Velcro in order to have a flat area of around 20x40 cm ready to stick whatever I could think of.

I’ve tried some gadgets in some light rough paths and it holds every thing properly in any situation. Every thing is in central position, so any one, even people in the back seat could see, or even operate the Libretto or the GPS.

I’ve also manage to put a support to the R2H, but it haven’t yet proved to be a reliable substitution for the Libretto.
